I chose this seller based on the pictures of the lovely custom gold sign featured on the store site; little did I know that the completed signs would be so gorgeous - even more than I had anticipated! I had to make multiple changes to my order; nevertheless, Sydney was kind, gracious, and so very patient. I love Etsy and have shopped on Etsy for years.
