Return Policy on Personalized Items

Our items are custom made and personalized so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless we have made a mistake regarding your personalization. We will happily replace that item at no cost to you. Should you be unsatisfied for any reason, please let us know and we will work something out with you based on the circumstances.

We are not responsible for cancelled weddings/events or mis-spelling of names that are provided to us.

If your item arrives damaged, please let us know within 14 days of delivery including a clear photo of the damaged item and we will be happy to resolve the issue and send you a replacement. After 14 days we will not be able to replace your item.

PROOFS BEFORE ORDER

We can accommodate proof requests, but will need to add 2-3 business days after each new rendering to your processing time to allow time for approval. To request a proof, please email customerservice@pinkposiesandpearls.com
