Shipping policy

Our current processing time to ship your order is 5-7 business days. IF YOU NEED IT SOONER, please email us to inquire about a rush order. We try to accommodate all requests depending on our order volume.

Orders will be shipped to the shipping address that is entered at checkout. Please check it prior to placing your order. Anything returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer.

If we haven't shipped your order and it needs to go to a different address than what is entered at checkout, please send us a message with the shipping address. We'll be happy to update it for the shipment.

Minyard Market is not liable for packages lost or stolen once the shipping authority has deemed them delivered to your address.

Minyard Market utilizes calculated shipping. This means that you may enter your shipping zip code to see the lowest cost option for USPS shipping which is Parcel Select (estimated delivery is 2-9 days). You can change your shipping to a faster USPS method during checkout.

Product shipping charge includes the USPS shipping rate plus the cost of shipping materials.

Should you order a holiday or time sensitive item, you are assuming the risk of USPS shipping delays due to busy season or bad weather. Items that arrive late will not be refunded as long as we shipped by the date estimated when purchased. We will do our best to accommodate in these situations, however once an order is shipped, it is no longer in our control.
