Doctor Appreciation Crystal Glass Plaque CSTL-AD1

I hadn't received a order/shipping update for over a week since placing the order until I followed up with a concerned email. Within two days it was mailed out and received literally the afternoon I needed to give it to my doctor. Upon opening the package, I discovered the blue gift box was dented on one corner. I don't recall the box being bubble wrapped. Additionally, the blue cloth "cushion" inside the box wasn't secured and the frays were exposed. Lastly, the glass plaque wasn't wiped down. I tried to fix some of these iissues (literally) before presenting the plaque.
